Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Delivery Address: Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer during the order. Royal Duck does not deliver to addresses outside the delivery area or internationally. Inaccurate or discrepant delivery addresses may result in order cancellation.
- Order Left on Doorstep: If a customer requests orders to be left on the doorstep, we are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damage or loss of the order.
- Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is based on the logistic company’s coverage area. No specific time slots can be chosen.
- On-demand Delivery: The surcharge for on-demand delivery is subject to the shipping fee from the delivery company at the time of the booked time slot. Customers can inquire about combining orders through customer service.
- Photo of Delivery Box: Customers are encouraged to take a photo of the delivery box or parcel upon receipt as proof in case of a need for a return or refund.
- Order Processing: Paid orders are processed within working days. During peak seasons or festival periods, delivery may take longer. Customers are advised to place orders in advance before festivals to avoid delays.
- Delivery Coverage Area: To check delivery coverage areas, contact us through WhatsApp or at cs@royalduck.com.my.
- Customer Presence: Customers need to be present to receive delivered items. If there is no one to receive the items, a re-delivery charge may be imposed after an unsuccessful delivery. We are not responsible for freshness changes in temperature-sensitive products due to multiple trips.
- Parcels Left Outside: If a customer agrees to leave a parcel outside the house or guardhouse, Royal Duck is not liable for any damage or missing items.
- Change in Delivery Address: If the delivery address is changed after order confirmation, a delivery charge may be imposed.
Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order at no charge only if the order has not been processed. Contact our customer service with any cancellation requests.
- No refund is provided for canceled orders once they are fulfilled. A cancellation fee may be imposed for orders already fulfilled.
Promotional
- Promotional codes, vouchers, coupons, discounts, and other promotional products are valid for a specified period only. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue promotions on the Royal Duck website without notice, explanation, replacement, or compensation.
- Promotional codes, vouchers, and coupons are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Ensure promo codes are applied and review orders carefully before checkout, as each promotion code has its own qualifying terms.
